UNDERSTANDING ZIKABRIMS: Talent Network Onboarding & Professional Readiness. Mandatory Foundation Course for Zikabrims Talent Network Professionals

Global Talent Network

COURSE OVERVIEW

Welcome to the Zikabrims Talent Network.

Reaching this stage means you have taken an important first step by applying to become part of a global network of professionals who may be considered for opportunities with businesses seeking skilled talent. However, submitting an application or receiving preliminary approval does not mean that you have completed the Zikabrims onboarding process, passed all required verifications, been guaranteed a client placement, or become an employee of Zikabrims.

When your initial application is accepted, you should consider yourself temporarily or provisionally onboarded into the Zikabrims Talent Network. Full onboarding is subject to completing the required Zikabrims courses, participating in a Zikabrims interview when requested, providing accurate professional information, completing applicable identity, professional, reference, background, or other verification requirements, accepting the relevant policies and contractual terms, and satisfying any additional requirements connected to a particular client opportunity.

This course has been designed to make sure you understand exactly how the Zikabrims Talent Network operates before you begin pursuing client opportunities through the network. It explains your relationship with Zikabrims, how matching works, the different ways clients may engage professionals, how payments may work, your responsibilities as an independent contractor where applicable, how to present yourself professionally, what non-circumvention means, how interviews and verification work, why policies and agreements matter, and how to use the Zikabrims professional community.

The purpose is not simply to help you “complete onboarding.” The objective is to prepare you to operate successfully in a professional environment where your actions can affect your own reputation, the client’s business, other professionals in the network, and Zikabrims as a whole.
